All players must be 8 years or older (based on age on day of event).​

 

Waivers:  You must have a waiver form for each player. It is advisable to fill out waivers online before the event. If not, you must sign a waiver during check on game day in order to be eligible to play. If players are under 18 years old, their parent or guardian must sign their waiver.

 

​Proof of Age: Youth Players (ages 8-17) will need to provide proof of age (birth certificate, passport, driver's or state license, or show us their school parent portal via a web browser) for each player by uploading the documents here, or at registration check-in.  Failure to do so will forfeit games until compliance is met. A date of birth must be visible. We will not accept a child's school grade as proof. Please forward link to participant parents as needed.

 

Play Up Waiver: To be signed by a parent or guardian if your child (8-17) will be playing up in an older bracket.
